Completely worthless. Skip this app.

This app simply does not work, it does not even allow connection to a simple windows file share! Im glad I tried this before wasting money (and more time) on Stratospherix full product (FileBrowser), which would have dumped 4.99 down the drain. What a joke.

Newest version implements 10 second ads each and every time you try to open a file, connect to a share, etc.

I have never seen a more annoying nagware app. While the apps functionality appears to be complete, their nagware is so incredibly horrendous that I will never ever give them one single red cent of my money. It is so bad that I will not eve evaluate the application any further. Every tap, every file open, almost envy action, requires a ten second nagware delay. Completely unusable.

New version puts up dialog boxes to purchase premium version that cannot be dismissed for 10 seconds before connecting to remote device or opening a file.

This app is frustrating to put it nicely.

This "trial" app is too limiting and frustrating to use to know if the paid app will do what I need it to do!!!!! Everything I try requires me to endure 10 second delays during which I am told to buy the paid app!!!! I would buy if I could know it would work for me but I spent an hour trying it and I still dont know!!!!!

And shows ads when it doesnt. Wont convert video files. Wont let you view more than 2 pictures in a slide show before showing ads again. I understand trying to make money but this is insane. Thanks but no thanks.

Awesome features, but so naggy, its unusable. Literally every operation shows an ad with a mandatory delay before you can continue.

When you open it, a splash screen comes up. Hit continue. Splash screen slides down to reveal the SAME splash screen, only now neither the continue button nor the X to close it works. Only the buy the Pro version button works (surprise!). So you cant do anything. Clearly a bug...do they even test their app?

I followed the advice and downloaded the lite version to see how it connects, etc. After EVERY attempt to do anything to test this thing it prompts you to buy the full version with a countdown clock before you can proceed. Im no expert so it was trail and error for me to find my Mac (which I gave up on). They need to stop with the buy me prompts every time you try something. This may be a great program but Ill never know because Im not going to wait 10 seconds every time I try something! I know this sounds petty but as a novice trying to use this lite version was total frustration and I wont spend the $ until I know it works...no matter how many 5 star ratings it gets.

It will force to wait forever and then say if you bought the full version you wouldnt have to wait.

Yes, this app will nag you, but Apple doesnt allow true trial versions of apps, so this is as good as it gets. Take a look at the ratings for the paid version of this app to get a real perspective of what this can do. The paid version is absolutely one of the most useful apps I own. This trial version lets you try it.

Mike I can feel for you as I had a heck of a time trying to connect to my older Mac running SL which acts as my media server. I found the answer by going to the tool icon in the app and using the link More Help > Web Site. There you will find step by step instruction for connecting to any kind of device. My problem was I needed to turn on the SMB option on the Mac. After it connected. Beyond this, the app is really well worth it.

I found the ad/prompts annoying, but the functionality of this app is quite remarkable. I fumbled at first with the initial setup/connection, but once i passed that hurdle I liked responsiveness and intuitive form. The scan function works seamlessly with a vpn connection, even porting through an iPhone hotspot. I very much liked the fact that in the scan it showed the ip address. The response times were reasonable. Icon presentation during scrolling was good. One function I would like to see added, is a search function with the document view mode.

Zowie, Batman ... finding resources worked fine, but then I tried the streaming function ... crashes within a minute or so, evertime.

I was a little hesitant about this app, but after reading the support page and contacting the developer they recommended that I try it out before I buy the full version. I very pleasantly surprised that this app does exactly what it claims it can, and in my case give me complete access to my Time Capsule from my iPhone. This is a MUST HAVE !!!
